Your ambiance. Your earth. Used for centuries as a smudging ritual to balance the 6th chakra and enhance peace of mind and focus, this elusive fragrant resin grows in the jungles of Brazil and is revered for its healing aromatherapy. The complex woodsy aroma of rich earth and crushed leaves purifies energy and reinstates balance to a room’s ambiance.
Designed by Francisco Costa, the handmade African mahogany wood and steel container may be reused afterwards as a container or keepsake holder. African mahogany was first introduced to Brazil in the 1970s from Africa as part of a tropical reforestation project to preserve the Amazon rainforest. The exotic wood is a sustainable alternative to lumber sourced from native trees integral to the Amazon’s ecosystem.
